Gary Easom is a West Point graduate who served in the U.S. Army for six years as an Airborne Ranger, attaining the rank of Captain. He then attended Mercer Law School in Georgia. Upon graduation, Gary became a Staff Assistant Attorney General in Georgia representing various governmental agencies. Since he left the public sector, he has always worked for a FELA and personal injury firm as a trial lawyer.

Gary believes that lawsuits are avenues of accountability for companies or individuals who injure others. He has represented railroaders of every craft for over twenty years and knows the railroad inside and out. His knowledge is invaluable and crucial in besting the railroad in and out of the courtroom. Gary puts his undergraduate degree in engineering to use by handling other cases such as premises and product liability, chemical burns and exposure, crossing accidents, repetitive stress, medical malpractice and other personal injuries and diseases.

Gary is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy, is AV Rated in Martindale-Hubbell, and is licensed in Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
