				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On April 11, 2011, a federal district court in Minnesota conditionally certified a lawsuit by current and former Valspar Territory Managers claiming that Valspar has misclassified the Territory Manager position (formerly known as a Field Sales Representative) as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and thus has failed to pay Territory Managers for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in a workweek, including the failure to pay overtime at a rate of one-and-one-half times the Territory Managers&#8217; regular rate. <p>On March 29, 2011, a federal district court in New York granted class certification to all persons or entities who reside in the United States and who contracted with Sirius Satellite Radio, Inc., XM Satellite Radio Holdings, Inc., Sirius XM Radio Inc. or their affiliated entities for the provision of satellite digital audio radio services. The Honorable Harold Baer, Jr., United States District Judge went on to hold that the antitrust violation will proceed to trial. The law firms of Cook, Hall &amp; Lampros, LLP, Grant &amp; Eisenhofer P.A. and Milberg LLP were appointed to represent the class.</p>
